We know how important it is to communicate with our customers about things like software updates, new releases, bug fixes, technical tips and best practices. The EGI Support Report, containing current support related topics that you need to know, regularly goes out to all our customers.

Before the Support Report, EGI communicated to customers through what we called the Support Newsletter. Support Newsletter #65 was the last one to go out before we transitioned to the Support Report.
