Every EGI customer, upon their first purchase, is assigned a personal EGI support engineer equipped to help with special issues that the research environment presents. Our highly trained and cross-fuctional support engineers come from a variety of backgrounds, including neuroscience research, computer networking, and enterprise-level system integration. So, besides being able to install your EGI equipment, integrate it with your third-party products, and train you on its use, your personal EGI support engineer can understand your research applications and help you maximize the benefits of your EGI system.
