Geodesic EEG System 300

EGI's Geodesic EEG System (GES) 300 is the platform for today’s innovative research and tomorrow’s ground-breaking discoveries. The core technology in the GES 300 is used throughout our product line.

Real Flexibility

The GES 300 was designed so that you can select precisely the features you need today without paying for functions you don’t use. If your research requirements or goals change, system modification is easy. The GES 300 supports upgrades to all functions, configurations, and channel counts from 32 to 256, so you can rely on your EGI system to accommodate your changing needs.

EGI offers multiple configurations to meet your research needs. Each configuration starts with the Geodesic EEG System 300 as the core.

Acquisition

EEG_MR

EGI’s magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) compatible EEG system is the first practical whole head EEG product that works within the MR environment. By taking EGI’s low-profile, high-density EEG into the MRI scanner, you can take advantage of MRI’s high spatial resolution and EEG’s high temporal resolution to record brain activity more completely.

Dense array EEG (dEEG) Systems

EGI makes working with 128 or 256-channel of EEG simple. The HydroCel Geodesic Sensor's elastic tension structure and electrolyte based application are a quick fit with a 10-15 minute application time. Net Station software for acquisition, review, and analysis was designed for dEEG applications with graphics and data handling to suit your research needs.

Conventional EEG Systems

The term conventional EEG has typically referred to 8 to 19 channels of individually pasted on electrodes. Using collodion to glue on electrodes is both time consuming and a nuisance with its flammable properties and a strong smell. Removing the collodion proves to be even more of a challenge leaving participants reluctant to volunteer again.

EGI is redefining conventional EEG with 32 and 64-channel systems that make recording accessible while maintaining the high degree of scientific rigor you have come to expect from EGI's products.
