FOCUS on Education

altAt EGI, we know that our success comes from your success, and for all of us this means getting the best training.  EGI announces new opportunities for 2010.

Lab Manager Certification Program

EGI is excited to announce our Lab Manager Certification program in conjunction with the Oregon Summer School classes.

Certified lab managers will be prepared to get the most out of your EGI system because they are current with the most up to date procedures. The certified procedures will ensure the highest data quality, and the best net life for your lab. The certification program will optimize your lab's use of your EGI equipment and interaction with EGI support. We will also be providing a set of resources that we have found useful in our runrooms at EGI including information on the following topics:

  • Starting a New Lab
  • Sample IRB Submission
  • Sample Project Flier
  • And Much More!

Certification will require being tested in writing on EGI procedures along with practical tests on net application and training someone else in net application.

For more information Contact EGI Support or log into the Customer Section.
