Job Requirements
Prior Education or Training
As a minimum, the position requires a two year, Associate Engineering Degree and 7 to 10 years of technical experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Electrical, Electronics, Bio-Electrical, or Bio-Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
Technical Requirements
Ability to read, understand and generate all manner of technical and engineering documents using available software (CAD) tools and must also be fluent in the use of standard Office software tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel to generate reports and other necessary documentation in support of the requisite engineering tasks.
Experience

Job Description
Purpose and Scope
The North American Clinical Sales Manager is responsible for sales strategy development, clinical sales training and supervision of the North American clinical sales team including both on staff and independent representatives in the U.S. and supervising the North American clinical sales force. The North American Clinical Sales Manager is also responsible for conforming to the company Quality System procedures.
Responsibilities
The North American Clinical Sales Manager is responsible for supervision of the North American clinical territory sales force and selling EGI’s products within the U.S. hospital, translational and private practice neurology markets. Duties include but are not limited to developing clinical sales outreach campaigns for the team for market expansion and assisting with establishing their individual clinical territory management plans including lead management, territory demonstrations, conference exhibitions, and EGI customer account management. The Clinical Sales Manager also performs other tasks as assigned. The Clinical Sales Manager does not supervise the North American Research sales team nor manage international sales or distributor relationships.

Job Description
Purpose and Scope
The Support Technician I provides installation and technical support for products sold by EGI. The Support Technician I is also responsible for complying with all applicable quality assurance procedures.
Responsibilities
The Support Technician I is responsible for performing product installations at customer facilities, resolving and documenting customer issues and complaints, becoming familiar with customer’s needs and suggesting new products/upgrades/replacements as needed, and providing feedback to sales and engineering on customer needs and product acceptance. The Support Technician I performs the final quality inspection of products prior to shipment. The Support Technician I also performs non-install support visits as needed.
The Support Technician I will take a lead role in Support Desk activities when they are located in the office.
The Support Technician I is responsible for 24/7 clinical support line duties when they are scheduled to do so.
The Support Technician I assists hardware and software engineering in tracking down issues requiring the field experience of a Support Engineer.
Organization Relationships
The Support Technician I reports directly to the Training and Technical Support Manager. During training, this position may also report to a senior member of the Training and Technical Support department.
