Position
EGI is looking for a candidate to fill the opening of a Quality System Coordinator (QSC) & Institutional Review Board (IRB) Coordinator. This combined role will include responsibilities in managing and maintaining documents and records in both EGI’s Quality Management System (QSM) and IRB. The QSC is responsible for day to day maintenance of the Quality Management System and all QMS documentation and certain required action items under the direction of the QMS Management Representative. The IRB Coordinator duties will consist of maintaining institutional polices that relate to human research, review new protocol submissions in accordance with OHR/FDA regulations and provide investigators with guidance on IRB submission processes.
Requirements
Preferred candidates will have a Bachelors Degree and relevant prior professional experience, excellent written/interpersonal skills and computer proficiency. Candidates with relevant prior professional experience but no degree will be considered. Relevant professional experience would include experience in quality system auditing to one of the ISO Quality Standards, FDA or Medical Device Requirements or certification as a Certified IRB Manager (CIM) or as a Certified IRB Professional (CIP).

Equipment Sales Account Manager
Department: Sales and Marketing
Full Time, exempt, salary position with benefits
Required Skills and Preferred ExperienceThe ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelorʼs degree or higher in biomedical engineering, lab-based science, or related field. Experience operating EEG systems, preferably EGIʼs Geodesic EEG systems, is preferred. Proven success in capital equipment sales to hospitals, physicians, or universities is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to details, and proficiency with both Mac and Windows operating systems and contact management databases are a must. Preferred location for this position is based out of our headquarters in Eugene, Oregon. However we will consider a remote-based employee location for the right candidate. If you have a passion for sales, the ability to travel for product demonstrations and conferences, and a desire to relate to individuals at all levels within an organization, this is the perfect position for you!
This position requires frequent travel to trade shows and customer sites. All travel expenses are paid by EGI.

Design Research Technician
Department: Science
Full Time, non-exempt, hourly position with benefits
Position
The Design Research Technician is responsible for product testing, refinement and documentation. Product testing includes actual use testing of current products and of prototypes as well as the organization and documentation of this testing, all within applicable quality assurance procedures. Product refinement involves testing of current and prototype products in an actual use setting to assess user acceptance and to resolve product implementation issues. Activities for this position may include, but are not limited to, data acquisition and analysis, product documentation, subject and Research Assistant recruitment, training and supervision.
Requirements
A four-year degree is preferred. Knowledge of EEG data acquisition, basic knowledge of OS X and Windows operating systems. Prior experience in research with human subjects.

Software QA Engineer to join our development team for neuroimaging software product.. The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer is responsible for organizing and performing verification and validation testing of software programs and hardware systems developed within the company. The QA Engineer is responsible for complying with all applicable quality system procedures
QA Engineers are responsible for creating and implementing test plans, and managing and tracking bugs. QA Engineers may also be required to perform additional test activities associated with resolving customer problems and to confirm the interface of
company programs with third party software packages.
Requirements
Desire candidates that have a degree in Computer science or equivalent industry experience, 2 years of commercial software QA, or equivalent. Experience writing test plans and managing bugs. Strong organizational, technical, and technical writing skills, ability to accurately document testing plans and results.
Starting salary will be based on experience.
