The GES 250 is the first practical high-sensor-count
EEG system for clinical use.
Highlights:
- Complete head coverage: ensures that all clinically relevant information
is captured.
- Application time: under 10 minutes using the patented Geodesic Sensor
Net.
- Superior patient comfort and safety: no scalp abrasion.
- Various channel counts: available in 256-, 128-, and 64-channel
configurations.
Basic Components:
- topographic mapping and spectral features
- 1 HydroCel Geodesic Sensor Net
- Net Amps 300 amplifier
- Quad-core Intel workstation computer by Apple
- Net Station 4.2 software
- 23-inch Apple Cinema Display
- digital video camera
Systems are available in 64-, 128- and 256-channel versions. The 256-channel
configuration is standard for advanced applications such as surgical
evaluation. The 128-channel version is recommended for routine clinical
evaluation and most research applications. The 64-channel system is
available as a lower-cost option for routine clinical applications.
You can extend your system by adding:
- research tools package: supports ERP, coherence, spectral, joint
time-frequency, and other advanced analysis methods
- stimulus control (research use only): interface to Psychology Software
Tools E-Prime package for sophisticated yet easy-to-use experimental
design and stimulus presentation
- Link to Persyst Tool suite: for spike detection, remote viewing,
and other capabilities
